    Please note that PBC has announced a change to the way they adjudicate Glucose Test Strips effective January 1 2019.  They updated Caresnet on October 12, 2018 and issued notices to claimants who have used glucose test strips in order to mitigate the impact of surprise.     We are sorry to inform our membership that a member of CUPE Local 15 passed away tragically on October 19, 2018. Nicole Hasselman worked for the Vancouver School Board as a Special Education Assistant at Templeton Secondary. She has also worked at AR Lord and Nelson Elementary schools. Our condolences to Nicole's family, peers, and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.
