    Dear HSPBA Member,  Due to the overwhelming response we have received, we are no longer accepting applications for category 1 and 2 funding. CUPE 15’s funding allotment for these categories has been fully expended. We are accepting applications for category 3 funding, available to members who work in or travel to one of the following listed rural or remote communities:
